  • Do you offer live sessions?

    Yes. I currently offer 45-minute live sessions for the Cosmic Blueprint (astrology) and the Clarity Through Arcana (tarot) readings. After purchase, you’ll complete an intake form to coordinate your session time and receive a private link via Jitsi Meet.

    What types of sessions do you offer?
    I offer astrology and tarot readings, available as either pre-recorded or live. You can choose a live 45-minute session if you prefer face-to-face insight. I also offer a live 45-minute Q+A follow-up, designed for those who have already received a pre-recorded reading and want to go deeper.

    By default, all services are delivered as custom, pre-recorded audio files unless a live session is selected at booking.

    Live sessions are 45 minutes.

  • How do I book a session?
    Live sessions and digital readings can be purchased directly through the Products page. After checkout, you’ll receive an intake form to confirm details and (if applicable) schedule your session.

    Can I ask my detailed questions or share my story via email or DM?

    For quick, simple questions, feel free to reach out by email or DM. But if you have a longer story or need in-depth guidance, that’s exactly what the 45-minute live consultation is for—so I can give you the focused support and space you deserve. This helps keep things clear and respectful of both our time.

    What info do you need from me?
    After purchase, (if applicable) I’ll need your birth date, time, and location.

    How should I prepare for a reading?
    Bring an open mind and any questions you’d like clarity on. For astrology sessions, make sure your birth details are accurate for the most personalized experience.

    Can I focus the session on a specific area or question?

    Absolutely! If you're already familiar with your chart, you’re welcome to tailor the session around what’s most present for you—whether that’s relationships, career, life path, or a specific turning point you're navigating. Just share your focus when booking.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Payments are processed securely through the site using major credit/debit cards.

    Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are only available for live sessions if you cancel before the scheduled time. Once the session begins, or after the service has been delivered, all sales are final. Due to the nature of this work, no refunds are offered for completed services. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out through the Contact page and I’ll do my best to assist you.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule a live session, please do so before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

    For all pre-recorded or written offerings, purchases are final.
